Media Buyer

To expand our business, we are hiring for a mediabuyer, a critical role in our organisation.

If you’re hungry to learn new things, and grow. If you are a self-started, eager to work with big numbers, very analytical and is familiar with media buying. Then this is the right role for you.

As a mediabuyer you will be assigned to massive amounts of inventory across leading advertising platforms. You should make sure your campaigns get the best start so you can solely focus on building new and expanding your running campaigns.

Responsibilities

  • Daily reporting and monitoring of campaigns to ensure performance goals and revenue objectives are met while managing an ever-growing amount of campaigns
  • Liaise with partners and sales reps, building long term relationships and make custom deals
  • Analyze data and update team on hot opportunities and market trends
  • Brainstorming with media managers and other colleagues to improve processes
  • Launch new international campaigns every day
  • Stay up-to-date on industry trends
  • Manage large monthly budgets

Required Skills

  • Must have strong analytical and problem solving skills
  • At least 1 year experience in digital marketing industry
  • Proficient with Excel
  • English writing and communication skills
  • Understands tracking setups; Pixels, S2S / Postbacks
  • Good understanding of advertising terminology; CPM, CPC, CPL, etc
  • Result-driven
  • Accountable and disciplined
  • Team worker
  • Tenacious, hard-driving self-starter who will do what it takes to hit goals
  • Positive attitude, strong work ethics, and ability to multitask

Good to have skills

  • Hasoffers and or Cake tracking platform knowledge
  • Established relationships with AM managers from different premium advertising networks
  • Proven track record of high spending accounts
  • Experience in managing campaigns across different platforms

Job Summary

Analyse on a daily, weekly and monthly basis performance of various partners and share the insight with respective team members.

Main responsibilities:

– Take the ownership of current reports for all current partners: learn the structure and make sure that all data is correct and consistent, cross reference with other tools.
– Structure all partners’ reports to have same set of reports;
– Work with IT team to make sure that new data get imported in to Tableau in timely manner and the new partners get integrated in Tableau;
– Provide feedback how to simplify reporting, how to improve workflow in respective to reporting and satisfying team needs in BI outlook
– As we evolve, you will look for the best ways to structure reporting and make sure it is efficient.

Description

Description of Position

As an Affiliate Manager you will be in charge of onboarding new partners (affiliate networks, direct affiliates and publishers), creating new campaigns, optimizing campaign performance.

Responsibilities:

– Recruit new partners: direct affiliates and publishers, affiliate networks;
– Act as the first point of contact to clients and address client needs as needed;
– Cultivate relationships with clients, gain deep insight into their business needs;
– Keep affiliates up to date on any program enhancements;
– Maintain the highest level of customer service;
– Set and manage monthly, quarterly and annual goals for revenue growth;
– Risk management;
– Control traffic quality and volume.
– Manage the Contract/IO process to ensure that all paperwork is properly completed;

Requirements:

• 1+ years’ experience in affiliate marketing;
• Strong prospection and negotiation skills;
• Ability to effectively manage and build client relationships;
• High energy and self motivation;
• Strong problem-solving skills;
• Adaptability and flexibility, open to change;
• Excellent verbal and written communications skills;
• Self-starter and work well within a team environment;
• Own the base of potential partners and contacts in the industry is strong asset;
• Working level of English, knowledge of additional languages is an asset;
• Knowledge of affiliate marketing industry and landscape required;
